Exchange and return policy

Exchange Policy:


1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by (Digital Purple Store) within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days for tangible products that can be shipped via logistics companies. As for digital products, there is no replacement or return for them. All services, once requested, you agree to all store policies, including downloading files and saving them directly on your device, as (Digital Purple Store) is not responsible for any defect in that.


2. To replace a tangible product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. (Digital Purple Store) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.


3. The consumer is not entitled to replace the tangible product in the following cases:


· If the tangible product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications determined by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications determined by the consumer.


· If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs or software that has been used.


· If the product is digital products, files, newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works.


· If a defect appears in the tangible product due to the consumer’s mishandling.


· If the contract covers the provision of accommodation, transportation or catering services.


· If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products over the Internet.



Return Policy:


1. Terms of return and exchange for tangible, non-digital products:


- Make sure that no adhesive papers on the product or its packaging are cut or damaged.

The product must be returned within 7 days for the return and exchange policies to apply to your order.

- You must ensure that the product has not been used before returning it and that it is in the same condition as when the order was received.

- You must register on the site so that the refunded balance can be placed in your account.

You can also return tangible hardware products provided that they have not been used or opened and are in their original condition as received from (Digital Purple Store).

Yes, when returning a product that is intact and undamaged, i.e. in its original condition, the customer will bear the fees, which amount to 60 riyals, and will be deducted from the value of the returned product.

When returning a damaged product, Digital Purple Store will bear all fees.

A: You can exchange/return the damaged product within 7 days of purchase.


Q: How long does it take to replace/return a damaged product?

A: At Digital Purple Store, we work hard to satisfy you. The exchange/return process may take up to 10 business days.


Q: In the process of return, how can I get a refund?

A: The amount will be refunded after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is verified, and then the amount is transferred to your account immediately.

When the shipment reaches the customer and the shipment is returned by the shipping companies after repeated communication with the customer and he did not receive the shipment
